| Each year the Audiology Department accepts two fellows: one in January and one in June. This position involves a full range of diagnostic testing as well as rotations in cochlear implants, surgical monitoring, pediatrics, temporal bone course and hearing aid dispensary.

- Graduate and undergraduate transcripts
- Letter of intent,
- Current resume
- Three letters of recommendation
The deadline for submission is:
- April 1st for the June position
- November 1st for the January position
